Prices are entry figures in USD, exclusive of tax. The gateway charge and sales tax are itemised on the cart before anything is charged.

Figures are entry prices in USD, exclusive of taxes. Hosting, gateway charges and third-party services are recharged at cost. Stage one is 40 per cent of the cart total, with a 3 per cent gateway charge and 18 per cent sales tax itemised on top. Nothing is charged until you review the cart.
