Capabilities

Eight capabilities delivered to one engineering standard

Whether the deliverable is a web platform, a mobile application, a transaction counter or a messaging automation, the method is constant: scope is documented and approved first, the data model and access control are built before any interface, and full source code ownership transfers to you on completion.

Capability set

Custom software for the parts of an operation still being run manually

Nothing here is a licensed product. Each capability is engineered for the organisation commissioning it, priced against an approved scope, and transferred with the source code.

01

Web platforms and dashboards

The core deliverable. A browser-based platform your teams operate in throughout the working day, carrying the roles, records and reporting the organisation runs on.

  • Administrative platforms and internal tooling
  • Customer and employee portals
  • Reporting dashboards with export
  • Role-based access control, screen by screen

A single system for inventory, procurement, sales, party ledgers and personnel, where closing stock reconciles to the ledger and every variance carries a source document.

  • Inventory with batch and expiry control
  • Procure-to-pay chain
  • Customer and supplier ledgers
  • Financial accounts and trial balance

A record of every enquiry, its owner and its next action, so no opportunity stalls because accountability was never established.

  • Lead capture and assignment
  • Scheduled follow-ups and reminders
  • Pipeline stages defined by you
  • Conversion reporting by source and owner

Point of sale and billing

A counter that continues trading through connectivity loss, prints to thermal hardware, and closes the shift against a drawer that has actually been counted.

  • Barcode and keyboard-driven transactions
  • Offline queue synchronised in sequence
  • Thermal 58mm and 80mm receipts
  • Shift close and cash reconciliation

Android and iOS for the people who are not at a desk: field sales, delivery on route, and customers checking the status of an order.

  • Operates on the same database as the web platform
  • Full offline capability with automatic sync
  • Camera, barcode capture and location
  • Push notifications to the handset

Applied AI and automation

AI with an operational purpose, not a demonstration. An assistant that answers against your own data, and repetitive processes removed from your team entirely.

  • Conversational assistant over your own records
  • Document and invoice capture into structured data
  • Drafting of replies, descriptions and summaries
  • Scheduled processes that require no operator

Figures are entry prices in USD, exclusive of taxes. Invoices are settled in PKR at the rate applying on the invoice date. Hosting, gateway charges and third-party services are recharged at cost.

Beyond new build

Engagements that do not begin from scratch

Not every engagement starts from an empty repository. A substantial share begin with a system that already exists and is not performing.

Codebase takeover

Written by someone who has since moved on. We audit it, report candidly on its condition, and either remediate and extend it or advise plainly that replacement is more economic than recovery.

Change requests and defects

Changes to a system already in daily production use, delivered without downtime. Quoted per change, so a minor request remains a minor invoice.

Deployment and data migration

Provisioned onto your infrastructure, your domain and your database, with legacy inventory, customers and balances migrated and reconciled against your figures rather than assumed.

Post-handover support

Any deviation from the approved scope is remediated at no charge for 30 days. Thereafter support is a separate agreement you opt into, never an automatic charge.

Delivery method

Four delivery stages, each closing with working software you can assess

The same four stages whether the deliverable is a dashboard, an application or an automation. No extended silence between commencement and delivery.

Stage 01

Discovery and scope definition

We work through the system screen by screen and document what each must do, who is authorised to access it, and what it produces. You approve that specification before any code is written.

Stage 02

Data model and access control

The database, authentication and the permission matrix are built before any interface work. Errors at this layer are what make systems expensive to change later.

Stage 03

Operational workflows, then reporting

The screens your teams work in daily come next, tested against your actual documents. Reporting is built last, once the underlying figures are verified.

Stage 04

Migration, enablement and handover

Existing data is migrated and reconciled against your figures. You then receive the code, the database and a structured walkthrough for the users.

Frequently asked

Before selecting a capability

01We require two or three of these. Is that a single engagement?

Usually yes, and usually at lower cost. A CRM that dispatches its own WhatsApp reminders, or an ERP with a mobile application for field sales, shares one database and one identity model. Delivered together they cost less than the same two systems integrated after the fact.

02Do you also build websites?

We build web applications, which is a materially different discipline to a brochure site. If the requirement is a marketing site with a contact form, we will say so and treat it as a minor engagement. If it involves authentication, records, roles or money, that is squarely our remit.

03Can the AI component be added later?

Yes, and frequently it should be. An assistant is only as capable as the data behind it, so the correct sequence is to consolidate and clean the records first, then layer an assistant over them. We architect with that in mind, so introducing it later is not a rewrite.

04What if the requirement is not yet defined?

That is the normal starting point. Describe what is slow, which processes are still manual, and who is repeatedly requesting numbers nobody can produce. The written scope returned to you names the requirement, at no charge, whether or not you proceed with us.

Next step

Define what the software must deliver. We will define what it takes to build it.

Share your requirements in a single message. You receive a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery schedule in return, typically within one business day.
