Refund Status: NON-REFUNDABLE

Digital products become non-refundable immediately upon:

  • Initial access or download
  • License key activation
  • Opening of Google Sheet or AppScript URLs
  • Completion of file transfer
Limited Exception: Technical failures resulting in broken download links (404 errors) may be eligible for refund if reported within 24 hours of purchase with appropriate documentation.
2.2 Physical Products and Services

Applicable to: Custom Development, Consulting Services, Physical Merchandise

Refund Window: 14 calendar days from purchase/delivery date

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Refund request submitted within 14-day window
  • Physical products must remain unused and unopened
  • Services must not have been initiated or commenced

  • Administrative fee of $50 USD in addition to original transaction amount

  • Blacklisting of all associated accounts and payment methods
5.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Before contacting your financial institution, customers must:

  2. Allow 5 business days for initial response
  3. Participate in good faith resolution efforts
  4. Exhaust all direct resolution options
