3. Cancellation Process

Eligibility

  • The request is submitted within 24–48 hours of project initiation (exact timeframe provided at order confirmation).
  • No substantial work (e.g., approved mockups, code development, or deliverables) has been completed.
  • Requests must include the Order ID and Invoice, sent via WhatsApp to +92 322 4083545 (no email/other channels).

Non-Cancelable Scenarios

  • Work is finalized, delivered, or approved by the client.
  • Resources/materials have been irrevocably allocated (e.g., third-party licenses, dedicated developer hours).
  • The request falls outside the eligible cancellation window.

4. Refund Policy

Full Refunds

Granted only if cancellation is requested within the eligible window and no work has commenced.

Partial Refunds

If partial work is completed, refunds are calculated proportionally, deducting costs for labor, resources, and milestones achieved.

Subscription Services
